The Myth of Self Improvement

There is a million (billion ?) dollar industry created around the myth that we are broken or incomplete. The very phrases, self-help and self-improvement, start with an unspoken agreement that we could BE more, DO more, fix ourselves in some way to be happy and valued.

I want to call BS! I am not broken. You are not broken. We are not broken. We just need to peel away the layers of societal expectations and cultural norms to find our deep inner truth. Truth that is accessible to us at all times. Truth that the world so desperately needs right now.

This is the work of the feminine. Remembering how to access our inner wisdom brings to light our greatest gifts, and the knowing that we aren't broken at all we have just been tricked!

So please be kind to yourself. Know that you are beautiful JUST AS YOU ARE and that you are not alone on this journey. We are all a part of the great unraveling and we are a force to be reckoned with.
