Offering a three-part personal, remote Somatic Awareness Coaching and Reiki Series.
Together we will spend three sessions together (online), identifying where you experience both positive and negative emotions within your body, how they might be impacting your ability to move forward in life, and then enjoy the gift of Reiki to move energy and free up anything that needs releasing.
Session One: 1 hour
Somatic Awareness Coaching
Session Two: 1 hour
Somatic Awareness Coaching and Energetic Release Reiki
Session Three: 1.5 - 2 hours
One hour remote Reiki and 30 minute sharing and processing
