Our Mother Earth started 2020 with a loud cry. She is shaking us harder than she ever has, asking us to pay attention - to remember.
What are we learning?
We see videos of people dying at the hands of others. We are perhaps actually seeing things for the first time and questioning all we have been told and shown in the past.
What are we learning?
We are moving through life in true real time with no past wisdom to rely on, no one to guide us based on their experiences - because we stand somewhere we have never been before.
What are we learning?
We do not have ultimate control over the planet and all living things. We are expendable. And maybe watching how easily the life of another is taken, we are being shaken to our core.
Do we realize that everything, every experience right now is shaking us - with incredible might - to wake up? Wake us up to our connection, our true inner goodness?
What are we learning?
Our future lies within the answer to this question. I used to think that the fate of the planet depended on our ability to learn and change. I now know that she is fine. She will live long after we have passed. She can take care of herself. If we continue to hurt her, we will be the ones who will be removed. We can be a part of her healing, by moving and acting within an awareness of our interconnection, or we can continue forward in the power over model we have been taught for far too many generations. The choice is ours.
What are we learning?
Humanity stands at a different threshold. Mama Gaia can - and will - take care of herself. We - on the other hand - need one another. Our destinies are intertwined. The actions of one truly affect all. How are you impacting the greater good of humanity?

There is no “us and them”. We are being shown that there are no borders that can hold back disease, hatred, aggression. We are truly all sharing one global experience.
What are we learning?
When I look around, read the news, I’m afraid we are missing the greater lessons. I want with all of my heart and soul for the global shift to begin, and an awareness to spread that opens the door to new ways of engagement and interaction. And there is a heaviness in my heart that feels like this is a massive and impossible dream. Will some awake and their path take a different turn than those who don’t? Or will we all rise or fall together?
