Success and Value

Success and Value have been culturally defined from the masculine awareness and consciousness in relation to our work and self worth. How do we redefine these for ourselves and what opens up when we do? How does this shift in awareness give us freedom and permission to explore the questions in our hearts? Our deeper longing to create something with meaning - something important in the world - instead of a bigger bottom line?
And by redefining success and value can we allow ourselves to be taken care of within this new awareness? Maybe our joy isn’t linked to what we thought it would be. Maybe a softening within ourselves is the freedom we need to step into our bigger dreams and aspirations.
Now imagine this shift happening on a global level. What if everyone redefined these two words and their definitions were based in the feminine? This new awareness would then guide their actions and interactions. Can you see how a great shift from valuing and having our self worth based in power, how much we own, and ego to allowing, intuition, and unity could change everything?
How would your definition of leadership change with your redefinition of Success and Value? What if you saw yourself as successful and found value in your work and interactions when you moved through your day expressing these qualities:
Allowing
Awareness
Balance
Belonging
Co-creation
Collaboration
Compassion
Curiosity
Discovery
Embodiment
Freedom
Gratitude
Growth
Harmony
Honesty
Humility
Inclusion
Joy
Kindness
Love
Magic
You get the idea. My list could go on and on (and does). If these qualities - based in the feminine- guided your days and actions - how would you feel? What would you value? What would signify success at the end of your day? And what words would you add to this list?
