I'm just getting back from a weekend retreat in Moab. The desert in the spring is magical! What hit me the most on this adventure was the power of water. Too little water causes drought, the ground becomes dry and hard so nothing penetrates. Too much water is so powerful that is creates incredible lasting impressions in rock and it's surrounding environment.
It got me thinking about the flow of our energy and the impact we have on each other. I think there are a lot of similarities between the results of too much or too little water, and the energy we put into the world. Finding our perfect flow allows us and others to grow. We nourish our environment and surroundings without causing things to wither away, or leaving lasting scars.
